The PrymalAI marketer program allows approved independent contractors ("Marketers") to sell PrymalAI products and services in exchange for commission-based compensation. Participation in the marketer program is subject to the following:
Marketers are independent contractors, not employees of PrymalAI. They are responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and business operations. PrymalAI does not provide benefits, workers' compensation, or employment protections to Marketers.
Commission rates, payment schedules, and qualifying conditions are defined in the separate Commission Agreement provided to approved Marketers. PrymalAI reserves the right to modify commission structures with reasonable notice. Commissions are earned upon successful payment by the referred client, not upon initial sale or signature.
Marketers may be assigned geographic territories. Territory assignments do not constitute exclusive rights and may be modified or revoked by PrymalAI at any time.
Marketers must represent PrymalAI honestly and professionally. Misrepresentation of products, pricing, or capabilities is grounds for immediate termination from the program without payment of pending commissions.
Membership in the PrymalAI Network is subject to approval and may be revoked at PrymalAI's discretion for conduct that is harmful to the network community. Network membership fees, if any, are non-refundable after the membership period begins. The exact scope and features of network membership are subject to change with notice to members.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of PrymalAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from PrymalAI.
The PrymalAI name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PrymalAI. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRYMALAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to PrymalAI in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PRYMALAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
